When a customer complaint or suggestion is received, personal information such as the complainant's name, telephone, and e-mail will be collected by AFASTOR customer service agents employed by the Joint Customer Service Center or assigned to an account. During the course of dealing with customer complaints or suggestions, essential information may be provided to the relevant personnel or vendor verification and contact. The information will only be used in Taiwan. All personal information collected during the processing of the complaint or suggestion will be destroyed 5 years after the resolution of the customer complaint. You may call us at any time to assert your rights under Article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act to keep your personal information safe. You may also refuse to provide your personal details but this will prevent customer service from serving you effectively.You guarantee that all of the information (including personal information) provided or matters reported by you above are all true and accurate, and free of any fake or fraudulent information. Failure to do so may not only result in the rejection of case, but you also agree to accept all relevant civil and criminal liability.
