Warranty Process

External Defects

In the following situations where the damage is the result of abnormal usage, the warranty is void and the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Original manufacturer’s label is damaged, detached, or has been replaced.
  • Printed circuit board has been removed
  • Broken or worn SATA Connector
  • Missing screws
  • External damage
  • Markings on any part of the exterior
  • Surface grime that cannot be cleaned off
  • Broken or indented pin
  • Damaged hard disk vents

Product Repair Time

Approximately 4 ~ 5 working days from receipt of product. Cases involving disputes over user damage that need to be sent to the original manufacturer for assessment will take 30 ~ 45 working days (depending on the brand).

Processing Guidelines

  • If, within 7 days of purchase, the product is DOA and is sent to AFASTOR/distributor for a direct replacement upon providing proof of purchase.
  • If more than 7 days after purchase, the product is RMA and is sent to AFASTOR for replacement with a good product.
