External Defects
In the following situations where the damage is the result of abnormal usage, the warranty is void and the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Original manufacturer’s label is damaged, detached, or has been replaced.
- Printed circuit board has been removed
- Broken or worn SATA Connector
- Missing screws
- External damage
- Markings on any part of the exterior
- Surface grime that cannot be cleaned off
- Broken or indented pin
- Damaged hard disk vents
Product Repair Time
Approximately 4 ~ 5 working days from receipt of product. Cases involving disputes over user damage that need to be sent to the original manufacturer for assessment will take 30 ~ 45 working days (depending on the brand).
Processing Guidelines
- If, within 7 days of purchase, the product is DOA and is sent to AFASTOR/distributor for a direct replacement upon providing proof of purchase.
- If more than 7 days after purchase, the product is RMA and is sent to AFASTOR for replacement with a good product.
